Considering our first group run after the Raya long break. Departed home about 6.15 am and arrived AEON Klang about 6.50 am.
There was plenty of car parks in the shopping complex and estimated about 2200 runners have participated in this run as heard on the announcement.
The race started at about 7.30 am for the men open just about 8 minutes after the women, juniors and veteran category took off.
As usual, right after the gun off, I sped off to avoid congestion ahead and was running about 12.5km/hour within the first 3 km.

Overall run was comfortable but rather conservative to run faster assuming the distance will hit 7km or more but it turned out to be shorter when the AEON building came into sight at the 5.5km mark.
Despite anchoring a knee injury, Jason completed the run with his usual pace and came in shortly after me, followed by Denver and Harris. This time around, we have Michelle (Jason's sister) taking part in the women open.
At the car part, the fun part came where things just don't look quite enough for Denver and Harris without whacking a kow kow breakfast.
As usual, Denver with his non-stop blah blah about Mc Donalds breakfast while Harris was trying to convince his way to get us to eat shark meat. Shark meat for breakfast ??? anyway, we went but the restaurant was not even opened and we ended up at BKT instead. Happy ending at last......
