It was fun to run again last Sunday after a short layoff.  It was not the best running form for most of us but Alan did fantastically well.

One of my best run ever and first virgin full marathon with Jason.  Race was flagged off at 2.00 am
sharp by the Penang Chief Minister and we never look back since.  Both of us were pacing accompany each other up to 25km where I start to walk.  It was not easy at all.  Anything above 25km is really mental driven.  Price to pay, sore nipples, toe blisters, cramp on both legs.

I am so proud of the four teams. The atmosphere was fun, full of laughters but yet we have to shoulder all kinds of stress.  Stress of being chased and overtaken by all kinds of runners - fast runners, old veterans,  and even school kids.  Other than that, most of us are just smilling away along the run and some even post like models to the photographers

Just like Series 1 relay, the excitement started with Manissha coming in among the top 4 runners before passing the baton to me.  The stress is unbearable for the boys to keep the position but anyhow, we did our best and only got beaten by 12 teams, finishing at 16th position of the 82 teams.

Two Thumbs Up to Ronnie See & the crews.  The relay was well organised by the Pacemakers.  They have provide pleasant and comfort platform for the runners.  Thank you very much !!!
