Centro Klang run marks the final week run to Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur where we will be running the full marathon 42km on 30th June 2013.

Hope by then, finger crossed, the haze will disperse on the race day.

Mizuno Wave Run 2013

Its been a while since i last updated on this blog.  So sorry guys and gals, I have been busy.

Lets start new, I will try to post as many updates if time permits.

It was fun to run again last Sunday after a short layoff.  It was not the best running form for most of us but Alan did fantastically well.
