Its been a while since i last updated on this blog. So sorry guys and gals, I have been busy.
Lets start new, I will try to post as many updates if time permits.
It was fun to run again last Sunday after a short layoff. It was not the best running form for most of us but Alan did fantastically well.

1'45:27 - Leonard Lee
Men Junior Veteran :
Next run : CENTRO KLANG 12KM on 16th June 2013 and much awaited 42KM Standard Chartered KL Marathon on 30th June 2013.
